You will be notified by a confirmation email once you have placed your order to let you know we have processed it. You will then receive an email to notify your that your item has been dispatched.
Custom items take up to 4 weeks to prepare.
Handmade items can take up to 2 weeks for delivery.
If your order is returned to us by Royal Mail we will notify you immediately and enquire as to whether you want to item reshipped or refunded.
We are not responsible for your parcel once we have shipped so please use tracked services where possible. We retain all proof of postage via the Royal Mail Service.
If you’re looking to return or exchange your item(s) for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Custom jewellery is not refundable
- Returned items must be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Email email@example.com requesting a returns form - within 14 days of receiving your order
- Send all items back to us using the label provided
It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any return shipping fees.
